What to Expect

My online coaching gives you a personalised, comprehensive structure for your health, fitness and performance goals. I build around your life, not the other way around.

Through a streamlined personal toolkit of apps, you'll access, track and advance your training and lifestyle resources anywhere, anytime. Everything you need, in one place, at your convenience.

Think of it this way: I provide the ingredients, the recipe and the kitchenware. All you have to do is cook the dish, with a flair entirely of your own.

How It Works

Step 1 - Book Your Consultation

You book a free consultation either on the phone or via video call. This is not a commitment to start training immediately, just a conversation to see if we’re the right fit.

Step 2 - We Talk

In the consultation we unpack your goals, your lifestyle, your motivations and any obstacles you may face. This is the foundation of your programme, and an opportunity to ask any questions on your mind.

Step 3 - You’re In

Once it’s decided we’re a good match (and we usually are!) you confirm the programme you want and I’ll get you set up with payment. Once payment is confirmed your onboarding is sent via email within 24 hours.

Step 4 - Access Your Coaching

Once you have received the onboarding email, you’ll be able to sign into the online coaching platform. On signing in you’ll be required to fill out some simple documentation, and then you’ll have full access to your personal programme.

Step 5 - And We’re Off!

Throughout your training you’ll have access to me both in the form of our scheduled check-ins, as well as via in-app messaging and email for questions and updates as you go through the programme.

The whole process from consultation to full access to your programme typically takes less than a week.

Daily food diary, sleep, hydration and meditation tracking built into your coaching app. Your habits are monitored and fed back into your programme so the lifestyle and training improvements work together.

Regular Check-ins

Scheduled check-ins to review your progress, adjust your programme and keep you accountable. Our time to feedback and recalibrate.

Resource Library

A curated bank of guides, references and educational materials relevant to your package, from nutrition fundamentals to performance tools. Yours to access any time throughout your programme.

Direct Coach Access

Message me directly through the coaching app or via email. Questions, updates, technique queries; you're never left figuring it out alone.
