What to Expect

Our training starts with a conversation: your goals, your life, your reasons. From here I design a programme built around where you are and where you want to go. In every session I’m with you to guide, push and most importantly keep you safe.

We train hard, not boringly. Effectiveness comes first, but enjoyment is a very close second. I’m always up for an ironic boogie to the awful gym music or a bit of banter about whatever’s on TV. Sternness is not the same as discipline: we work hard, but we have fun doing it.

The only person invested in your success more than me, is you.

How It Works

Step 1 - Book Your Consultation

You book a free consultation at the gym or your home. This is not a commitment to start training immediately, just a conversation to see if we’re the right fit.

Step 2 - We Talk

In the consultation we unpack your goals, your lifestyle, your motivations and any obstacles you may face. This is the foundation of your programme, and an opportunity to ask any questions on your mind.

Step 3 - You’re In

Once it’s decided we’re a good match (and we usually are!) you confirm your tier, payment is taken, and your onboarding is sent via email within 24 hours.

Step 4 - Building Your Programme

Within 48 hours your personalised programme is ready. You’ll be able to access it online once onboarding is complete.

Step 5 - First Session

You’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your first session: what to bring, what to expect, where to be. Then we get to work.

The whole process from consultation to first session typically takes less than a week.

Regular assessment of where you’ve come from and where you’re going. Measurements, performance markers and programme progression.

Regular Support

Contact me outside of sessions for questions, check-ins and accountability. Message me on the training app or via email and I’ll get back to you within 24hrs.
